The Chaff House
The Chaff House is a light and airy four-star holiday apartment, which is suitable for four guests. The accommodation is situated on one floor, providing easy access for all visitors. The property has been sympathetically restored from what was a former 19th Century oast house, which has been fully converted to provide attractive accommodation. A secure garden with flag-stoned patio complements the accommodation, perfect for warm summer barbecues within attractive views from the surrounding landscape. The property has two bedrooms and can accommodate four guests comfortably.
The entrance is located adjacent to the graveled parking area. Once inside, you are greeted with a tiled hallway, which is the centre of the cottage and accesses each room. The lounge is fully furnished with two generous sofas, offering entertainment from a digital television, DVD, and a selection of puzzles and board games. Two large windows also overlook the working farm.
The oak fitted kitchen/breakfast bar area is well equipped with all your cooking and entertaining needs. A folding dining table is also provided.
Beyond the lounge lies a spacious double bedroom with a large comfortable bed, furnished with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space, with high ceilings and
great views overlooking the stables.
The bathroom offers a toilet, towel rail, wash basin and a shower enclosure. Neighbouring this, you are greeted with the second bedroom, which sleeps two guests.
The Chaff House can accommodate four guests and can be booked together with The Oast House (sleeps 6) and/or The Coach House (sleeps 6).

Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With twin beds.

Oil central heating included. Ample parking. Shared enclosed lawned garden with terrace, furniture and gas barbecue.
Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Cot and highchair. Shared utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. 3-acre shared natural grounds and 135-acre farmland. Bike store. Stabling available by arrangement. No smoking. Please note: There is a fenced stream in the grounds, 500 yards.
