Firstly a warm welcome to you from Sally Barrett and family. We farm around 135 acres mixed livestock and cereals in this beautiful area of Herefordshire. Our family home is at Hodgebatch Manor; the Oast and Chaff House is a couple of miles from us, at the heart of what was previously itself a separate farm. Close to the house is the original main farm house, now home to my mother, and a number of barns, still in active use.

We set about converting the original building in 2001 Our intention was to retain its character together with a standard of comforts and décor conducive to a thoroughly relaxing break.

We’ve been pleased to see how all our guests have enjoyed their stay and so many come back to see us again.
